Intake Specialist – Suburban Chicago DUI/Criminal Law Firm

Location : Dohman Law Group – Rolling Meadows Office (1813 Hicks Road, Suite B, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as an Intake Specialist.

Job Description:

As an Intake Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with a DUI, traffic, or criminal matter. You will play a crucial role in assessing potential clients' needs, gathering essential information, and guiding them through the initial steps of the process. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient intake process, laying the foundation for successful client representation.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients via phone, email, or video conferencing.

· Gather relevant information about clients' history, goals, and challenges.

· Assess potential clients' eligibility for various services offered by the firm.

· Educate clients about the firm's services and processes.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case information.

· Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and appointments.

· Follow up with clients to collect additional documentation and information as needed.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the intake process.

· Schedule qualified potential clients for private consultations with our legal team.

Requirements:

· College degree or equivalent work experience.

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or intake coordination preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Fluent in English (Fluent in Spanish would be a plus).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with technology and virtual communication tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Rewards:

· Base salary $40,000-45,000, plus bonus structure.
