The Commencement Group is looking to hire an Account Manager to help maintain high quality relationships with our clients in our Los Angeles Branch.

Position Description:

Account managers foster good relationships with the specific clients they serve. This involves duties such as: acting as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information and ensure proper execution of our services at their events. Account managers also make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner and clients are content.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively utilize a CRM to organize and track information about our clients
• Respond to all emails from clients in a timely manner
• Exercise good etiquette when replying to requests from clients
• Relay information about assigned accounts in a timely and concise manner to necessary departments
• Vigilantly check to make sure all account information is accurate
• Add products into existing accounts
• Create resources & materials for accounts to use to promote our services
• Create and maintain account pre-order websites
• Report sales to accounts after their events
• Ensure commission check information is accurately reported 
• Responsible for administrative tasks throughout season

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Effective communicator
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing requirements
• Self-motivated with the ability to naturally network and engage with people from various backgrounds
