Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation Manage vendor relationships and expense tracking Support month-end closing procedures Technical Requirements 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required Strong knowledge of GAAP principles Ability to handle confidential financial data Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Illinois residency required for weekly pay option #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Financial Services
