Intake CoordinatorPay: $15 - $20hrLocation: St. Louis, MO Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a–7p) & every other weekend rotationArch Vista provides compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health and addiction treatment to St. Louis, Missouri and neighboring communities, offering 24/7 assessments and comprehensive care for individuals with mental health and substance use needs.Turn first calls into first steps toward recovery. The Intake Coordinator orchestrates smooth admissions with empathy, accuracy, and urgency —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours.How You Will Make a DifferenceAnswer referral lines; triage calls from families, EDs, and providers with warmth and professionalism.Verify insurance, gather demographics, and schedule assessments/admissions.Track bed board and collaborate with nursing, EVS, and security for timely room readiness.Maintain real?time logs, dashboards, and handoffs between shifts.Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.What We're Looking ForHealthcare admissions or behavioral health front?office experience preferred.Superb communication, multitasking, and EMR proficiency.Calm under pressure with customer?service excellence.High school diploma or GED required.Must be 21 yrs or older.Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT.Why You'll Love It Here (Full?Time Benefits)Multiple medical plan options, Vista Wellness (physician/pharmacy), Dental, VisionGenerous PTO and paid holidays401(k) with company contribution; Life and disability coverageTuition reimbursement up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness programs
