Trademark, Copyright & Media Attorney (Professional Track) (San Diego)

Summary DLA Piper’s nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright & Media Group seeks a non‑partnership track Attorney for its San Diego office. The candidate should have 2‑5 years of experience in advertising litigation, NAD disputes, marketing law compliance, and counseling to assist in investigating, prosecuting and defending advertising, marketing and unfair competition claims. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills and hands‑on experience with: Advertising review and claims substantiation False advertising litigation Disputes before NAD and regulatory agencies Education JD Bar Admission Licensed to practice in CA Experience 2‑5 years of experience with advertising and promotions matters.
