Senior Sap Finance Consultant (Fi/Co) — Solution Lead

About This Opportunity CTI Staffing is partnering with a large, well-established retail organization to find a Senior SAP Finance Consultant (FI/CO) — Solution Lead for their finance systems team based in the Carlisle, PA area (hybrid, one day onsite per week). This team owns the design, configuration, and support of core SAP Finance capabilities in an S/4HANA environment. The organization is investing in modernizing its finance systems footprint, and this role will play a hands-on leadership part in that work — from configuration decisions to stakeholder workshops to production support.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, and implementation activities
• Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define financial processes and requirements
• Manage integration touchpoints with Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, and reporting/analytics platforms
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations
• Lead system integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution activities
• Provide Level 2/3 production support and root-cause analysis for complex finance system issues
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities

Requirements

• Must-Have: 10+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting or in-house configuration experience
• 5+ years leading SAP Finance solution design or implementation efforts
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration experience
• Deep understanding of New GL and Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Experience configuring Asset Accounting
• Experience configuring Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Nice-to-Have: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
• Treasury, Cash Management, or FSCM experience
• Retail or consumer goods industry background
• Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology familiarity
• SAP BTP or SAP Analytics Cloud exposure

Technical Environment: SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, Fiori, New GL, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, integration with SAP MM/SD/WM

What Success Looks Like:

• Independently owns a defined finance workstream within the first 3 months
• Runs stakeholder workshops and translates requirements into solution design with minimal oversight
• Actively contributes to production support and close-cycle stability
