Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Program Manager to provide temporary coverage during a leave of absence. This role partners with Business Line Marketing, Regional Marketing, Communications, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing initiatives, develop customer-centric content, and ensure seamless execution of key business programs. The ideal candidate has strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills within a global matrix organization.


Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing initiatives supporting the Cancer Care Narrative (CCN) and marketing transformation efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and manage workshops and governance meetings.
• Maintain project plans , timelines, action logs, resource plans, and approval workflows.
• Track milestones, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and provide leadership status updates.
• Prepare executive presentations and ensure clear, actionable communications.
• Drive operational excellence while managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing , program management , project management , or communications .
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management , executive communication , and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint , Excel , Microsoft Teams , and SharePoint .
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare , medtech , or life sciences , with knowledge of clinical evidence , value propositions , and customer-centric marketing .
