This role is primarily remote, which allows you to perform your duties in a comfortable and flexible setting while still closely collaborating with our dedicated team of mental health professionals. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, identifying challenges and strengths to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate regularly with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, engaging in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance client care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven expertise in solution-focused interventions and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
