Associate Design Director

Jersey Shore Company is hiring an Associate Design Director for packaging. Great team under the direction of a super CD. The company produces confections for private lable and hospitality clients. The work is refined luxury to fun licensing projects. The right person is super flexible, able to produce refined work as well as colorful playful packaging projects. It's a growing fast-paced studio. Be a hands-on designer and manager, mentoring and directing juniors, while steering your own projects as well. Book must be primarily packaging, with food, bev and/or confection experience. Work is primarily on-site, so must live a commutable distance, or consider a move to Asbury Park Area.
Responsibilities*Design and manage packaging projects
