NOW HIRING: Director of Human Resources
Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture? We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations and drive employee engagement at our nursing home.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including labor relations and wage regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workers' compensation processes.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance staff performance and growth.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to support workforce planning and operational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support both employees and business objectives.
