Job Title: Stepdown Cardiac Registered Nurse Location: Columbia, SC Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1766.03 - 1854.33 Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Will not hire with pending license. Certs REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)): BLS, ACLS Trauma Level REQ: N/A Special Requirements: Telemetry, IV Start skills required Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing care to cardiac patients in a step-down unit.
- Monitor telemetry equipment and respond promptly to cardiac events.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in essential systems.
