Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service. Complete initial Starts of Care. Present educational in-service trainings Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team REQUIREMENTS Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure. 2 years of nursing experience. Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
