Arlo is searching for a Chef de Cuisinea culinary leader with talent, discipline, creativity, and just the right amount of obsession. Someone who understands that great food is not just platedit is orchestrated.

We are building something special: a restaurant known for bold flavor, thoughtful execution, genuine hospitality, and the kind of consistency that earns attention for all the right reasons. Our target? Bib Gourmand statusexceptional food, exceptional value, and a dining experience people talk about long after dessert.

No pressure. (Some pressure.) Salary range $100,000-$105,000

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Proven culinary leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar role
  • A serious passion for food, technique, and hospitality
  • Strong leadership presencecalm under pressure, sharp in execution, respected by the team
  • Experience in elevated, high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environments
  • Deep understanding of kitchen financials, labor management, and cost controls
  • Creativity balanced with discipline (yes, both matter)
  • A palate for excellence and an eye for detail
  • Someone who wants to chase recognitionnot for ego, but because standards matter
