Our target? Bib Gourmand statusexceptional food, exceptional value, and a dining experience people talk about long after dessert.
No pressure. (Some pressure.) Salary range $100,000-$105,000
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Proven culinary leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar role
- A serious passion for food, technique, and hospitality
- Strong leadership presencecalm under pressure, sharp in execution, respected by the team
- Experience in elevated, high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environments
- Deep understanding of kitchen financials, labor management, and cost controls
- Creativity balanced with discipline (yes, both matter)
- A palate for excellence and an eye for detail
- Someone who wants to chase recognitionnot for ego, but because standards matter
