Customer Success Manager

Location New York area (primarily remote, occasional time in New York Office). Role Overview As a Sustainability/Traceability Project Leader, you will support fashion brands and standards to understand and deploy our traceability platform. You will train and onboard suppliers, and support end-to-end traceability programs with global brand accounts. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from sustainability, sourcing and supply chain, IT, communications & business development to support clients worldwide. Build strong customer relationships with diverse business & cultural backgrounds. Deliver customer excellence, train suppliers, onboard new users, and provide ongoing support. Analyze and predict situations, proactively handle unforeseen challenges. Lead projects, manage and lead project teams, and drive program progress. Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication. Excellent in Spanish and English. Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Experienced in managing and leading projects. Able to work with cross-functional teams independently. Proven track record of successfully achieving or over-achieving targets. 5+ years of work experience in fashion or sustainability (Engineering/MBA from Tier-1/2 schools is a plus).
