Project ManagerThe Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans and timelines, coordinating project resources and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Project Manager takes a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks, investigates and resolves issues early to minimize impact, reaches out to various internal departments and stakeholders to secure necessary support, resources, and technical expertise, monitors project progress, and makes adjustments as needed. Ensures compliance with company policies and standards.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Strong project management skills. Experience with project management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role. Associates degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in business environment. Proficiency in using computer applications. Experience in word processing, presentation packages, and spreadsheet packages. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
