Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans including clearly defined therapeutic goals and appropriate interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the treatment team to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.

• Respond to clients in crisis by providing timely crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans as warranted.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with health care regulations and ethical standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster a community of healing amongst clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
