Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Barrington James $180k–$220k Total Compensation Potential A physician-led healthcare services organization with a growing U.S. footprint is hiring a Business Developer to support its Los Angeles, CA location. This is a high-ownership role combining business development (80%) with center leadership (20%) , ideal for someone who thrives in physician-facing environments and wants direct influence over performance and earnings. The Role You will act as the primary liaison between referring physicians and the clinical team , owning referral growth and patient access for the center. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining relationships with community-based physicians Driving consistent monthly referral volume Representing the center as the local point of contact Ensuring patients are scheduled efficiently and experience seamless care Troubleshooting issues and managing high-pressure situations as they arise Success in this role comes from relationship credibility, execution, and accountability . Who We’re Looking For This role is well suited to individuals who: Are currently employed and performing well Have experience selling healthcare services (not products or devices) Are comfortable engaging directly with physicians Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and ownership Are naturally competitive and highly likeable Backgrounds such as Physician Liaison, Diagnostic Imaging Services, Specialty Healthcare Services, or Referral-Based Medical Sales are particularly relevant.
