Field Sales Representative

Overview Field Sales Representatives deliver personalized sales interactions, including hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, directly to customers’ homes. Responsibilities Act as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Demonstrate products, conduct Wi‑Fi assessments, and resolve customer issues. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. Maintain a valid driver’s license and use a company vehicle for official business only. Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customers on their timelines. Qualifications 1+ years of commission sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred. Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly. Successful completion of background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review.
