Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

We are looking for an organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support daily HR operations for a growing team in Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is fully onsite five days a week and is well suited for someone who enjoys administrative work, clear communication, and managing details across multiple HR systems. The person in this role will contribute to onboarding activities, employee documentation, compliance-related processes, and general HR support while working closely with internal staff in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate employee records by entering, updating, and reviewing information across HR platforms and internal files.• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection, status tracking, and communication with employees and internal stakeholders.• Support HR administration by organizing files, scanning records, and ensuring documentation is stored properly and easy to retrieve.• Review HR data and records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and flag discrepancies for follow-up.• Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries, including screening calls and responding professionally to new team members and staff.• Assist with pre-employment screening requirements and related processes in alignment with company procedures.• Provide clerical and administrative support to the broader internal team during lower-volume periods as needed.• Help support security clearance-related coordination after training, particularly for individuals moving into permanent employment consideration.
