Assistant Restaurant ManagerYou support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include seeing that Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You also assist the RGM with facility maintenance, finding, hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads and making sure health and safety standards are met.Requirements:HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.Flexibility to work 45-50 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysValid DL in good standing & access to private transport requiredConsent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screeningDemonstrate ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProblem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer service focusedResponsibilities (but not limited to):Overseeing restaurant's daily operationsMaintain day-to-day financial controlsCreate and manage staff schedulesInterview, hire, train and write-up staffOversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility managementEnsure health and safety inspections and standards are metSet the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurantCompany Introduction We believe everyone deserves to Live Más - and we're constantly inspired by the creativity it takes to get there.
