Requirements Leads and delivers effective workouts, explains proper techniques, demonstrates exercises and teaches appropriate industry standard methods Provides a fun and safe workout environment Actively engages with participants to answer questions, introduce/orient new participants, generates and maintains a positive exercise experience and solicits feedback. Maintains and demonstrates a positive and professional attitude Provides legally purchased music appropriate for the class format and refrains from using music that uses foul or offensive language Effectively maintains class roster list for billing Accurately and consistently records hours worked, provides invoices for classes taught in a timely manner Adheres to conservative and appropriate fitness attire. Arrives on time, allows adequate time to prepare for each class. Strives to go above and beyond to meet participant’s needs and expectations. Duties and tasks as assigned by Club Fitness Management. Summary The Indoor Cycle Instructor plays a key role in enhancing the member experience by fostering an inclusive, energetic, and member-focused fitness environment. This position is responsible for building positive relationships with participants, encouraging long-term engagement in fitness programming, and delivering exceptional customer service.
