Sr. RecruiterYour Opportunity: As the Sr. Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our open positions. In addition, you'll serve as a resident technology expert and help educate and train our team of junior recruiters on recruiting concepts and functions. This Sr. recruiter must be a great culture fit who values the success of the team and who expresses and lives by values similar to those that we have prioritized.What You'll Do: This person is the resident expert on the recruiting team, collaborating with business users on taking in new hire technical requirements Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github along with traditional platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Adopt modern sourcing technologies (where & when appropriate) in your outreach including but not limited to automation, drip campaigns, saved google alerts, etc. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates Qualify both hard and soft skills of potential candidates Articulate strengths and weaknesses of potential candidates to management to assist with decision making Effectively negotiate employment compensation ensuring it aligns with market data requirementsRequirements Proven history of overcoming obstacles and standing out as a winner and top performer Superb verbal and electronic communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong technical acumen and attention to detail Possess strong creativity and critical thinking skills Bachelor's DegreeJob Type: Full-time Pay: Salary + Commission Benefits Shyft6 Benefits Besides working with amazing people, you'll also have amazing benefits, including: Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision) Competitive Base Salary + Unlimited Commission Potential Team Building Events/Opportunities PTO Paid Holidays Free snacks + Coffee Shyft6 is an equal opportunity employer.
