Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume Talent Acquisition function across multiple locations and departments. This individual will manage a large and varied group of open positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR professionals throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, highly organized recruiter who is comfortable managing competing priorities and working in an environment where hiring needs can change quickly. This person should enjoy a fast-paced workload, have strong sourcing capabilities, and be confident building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 30–35 active requisitions while effectively prioritizing changing hiring needs.
• Own the recruitment process from initial hiring discussions through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for a diverse range of healthcare, operational, administrative, hospitality, security, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates for positions including nursing, clinical support, housekeeping, dining, security, administrative, operational, and corporate roles.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate openings and future hiring requirements.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and community recruiting to identify qualified candidates.
• Engage both active and passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews while evaluating candidates based on qualifications, position requirements, and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing priorities and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and ensure a professional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidate records, requisition information, interview activity, and recruiting notes accurate and up to date within the ATS.
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
• Participate in approximately one job fair or recruiting event each month to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Support additional networking, community outreach, and recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Shift sourcing strategies based on labor market conditions, candidate availability, and evolving business priorities.
• Work toward established recruiting timelines and hiring objectives while maintaining a focus on candidate quality.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing a high volume of open requisitions simultaneously.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in other fast-paced, high-volume environments such as staffing, logistics, or similar industries will also be considered.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and cross-functional HR partners.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment where priorities and projects can change frequently.
• Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree is not required.
