House of Smith Launches Nationwide Recruitment for 100+ Independent Sales Ambassadors

Seattle, WA (February 23, 2026) - House of Smith, the trailblazing Washington winery founded by award-winning winemaker Charles Smith, today announced a nationwide search for more than 100 independent sales ambassadors to support market expansion in key states. The initiative aims to reinvent wine sales while strengthening brand awareness and driving volume as the company continues its rapid national growth.

The sales-blitz program offers commission-based roles for experienced independent contractors with established account relationships and distributor experience. Selected ambassadors will be deployed in priority markets to increase distribution and strengthen House of Smith’s presence in key accounts.
“We’re looking for people who understand their markets and can show up, move fast, and deliver,” said founder and winemaker Charles Smith. “These ambassadors will be on the ground every day, putting our wines in front of buyers who want something bold, premium, and different. If you’re the kind of person who makes things happen, there’s no limit to what you can do here.”

The program will roll out in select areas twice a year for two-month periods, with the potential to expand into a year-round initiative. Key markets include Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington State. Participants will report directly to the National Brand Development Manager, with top performers considered for permanent roles on the House of Smith sales team.

The initiative underscores the accelerating growth trajectory of House of Smith, powered by Charles Smith’s relentless drive to innovate. Most recently, he expanded the House of Smith universe with three breakthrough launches—SEX Rosé, Blossom Fury, and REAL WINE—each delivering bold design, distinctive varietals, and unfiltered authenticity that defines the brand. At the same time, the first release of K Vintners Syrah will mark its 25th anniversary on December 2, 2026, a testament to enduring success and continued evolution.

From the iconic craftsmanship of K Vintners to the swagger of SEX, the vibrancy of Blossom Fury, and the ingredient-transparent REAL WINE, this is a
chance for sales ambassadors to champion a portfolio of some of the most recognized and respected wines.
