Assembler

Assembler Position Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring assemblers to support production in a cleanroom environment with one of our top manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented workspace and is committed to maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities: Assemble and package single-use assemblies according to engineering process records (EPRs), drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Follow ISO class 7 cleanroom standards, wearing PPE and practicing proper hygiene and 6S workplace protocols Ensure product quality by reporting deviations, minimizing scrap/rework, and maintaining documentation compliance under ISO 9001:2015 Manage part labeling and inventory to ensure lot traceability and accuracy Work with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and support ongoing process improvements Requirements: 6+ months of cleanroom assembly or equivalent experience (preferred) Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing PPE at all times Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience using basic hand tools Proficient with computers for data entry and documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
