Welcome to Fit Life Houston!
Do you have experience and a passion for Aqua Aerobics? Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging aqua aerobics classes that cater to various skill levels and fitness goals
- Demonstrate proper techniques for water-based exercises, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Motivate participants through energetic instruction, positive reinforcement, and clear communication
- Monitor participants form and provide modifications or adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Promote upcoming classes, programs, and membership packages to encourage community participation
- Stay current with industry trends in water fitness, including program design innovations and new exercise techniques
- Proven experience in group fitness instruction, especially aqua aerobics or water-based exercise programs
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and how they relate to water exercise benefits
- Skilled in program design tailored to diverse populations, including seniors, athletes, or those with special needs
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages and abilities
- Knowledge of health club safety protocols and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
