If you have experience with CNC setup and operation—especially horizontal machining using Mitsubishi systems—apply today for a chance to join a stable, experienced team in a clean, temperature-controlled facility!Shift/Pay:1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (OT available, start as early as 5:00 AM)Pay Range: $25.00 – $32.00/hr (based on experience)Description:Set up and operate CNC machines, including Haas (Vertical) and Mitsubishi (Horizontal) systemsFocus on horizontal machining using 2.5 axis (standard) or 5 axis (if applicable)Edit g-code programs for part customization, tool changes, and offsetsPerform quality checks to ensure parts meet specificationsConduct changeovers for various product lines (typically 8–20 orders per run)Qualifications/Skills:3–5+ years of CNC setup and operation experience preferredStrong knowledge of horizontal machining and g-code editingExperience with tool changes, offsets, CNC mill lathe, and CNC operationCasting experience (especially with cast iron molds) is a plusFamiliarity with billet molds is beneficialBenefits:Clean, temperature-controlled work environment401K with 3% company matchCompetitive benefits after 90 days9 paid holidaysMonthly bonuses and annual reviewsRelaxed, team-oriented atmosphere with long-tenured staffThis is a Permanent position based out of Vineland, NJ.The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
