Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients in the looking to fill a Staff Accountant job for the corporate office located in San Jose, CA. This is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant. The job will assist with the month-end close, handle month-end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and assist with other projects as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required - Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits - Strong with reconciliations - Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel able to do pivot table and vlookups - Software experience with a medium to large ERP is preferred - Able to work independently, reliable, and meet deadlines - Attention to detail, quick to learn, and a problem-solver - Strong communications (written & verbal) Experience: 3 years of experience a Staff Accountant (Staff Accountant, Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper) Employment Type: Temp to Hire If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at !
