Senior Brand Manager

Leading the commercialization of innovative products, the full-time Senior Brand Manager will manage early-stage product development, oversee the 36-month growth pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch market-ready solutions in a remote or onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial development of the innovation pipeline, translating consumer insights into scalable brand extensions Serve as the brand lead through the stage-gate innovation process, managing business case development and launch timelines Develop product concepts and value propositions while partnering with Consumer Insights for testing and validation Required Qualifications 6-9+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Innovation within CPG or dietary supplements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred Proven track record of managing products through a formal stage-gate commercialization process Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools like SPINS, IRI, or Nielsen Deep understanding of product requirements across various sales channels including DTC and Amazon
