Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Experienced marketers will find a full-time Senior Brand Marketing Manager opportunity focused on managing Splice's organic social strategy and community engagement across various platforms, including Discord, while utilizing data to inform content and community programming. Key responsibilities Own the organic social strategy and publishing calendar, creating and optimizing content across all Splice channels Manage and grow the Splice Discord server, planning and executing community programming and fostering engagement Track performance metrics for social and community channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing social channels for a brand, artist, label, or creator-focused company Proven ability to build and engage a community, with hands-on experience running a Discord server or similar community space Experience in planning and executing community programming, such as contests or challenges Strong familiarity with major social platforms and their content formats, including short-form and long-form video Hands-on experience with social and community analytics, translating data into clear business recommendations
