DFW Leasing Professional - Multifamily Apartments Office Full Time $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Dallas, TX, United States The Phoenix Staffing is always looking for experienced apartment industry professionals! We specialize exclusively in multifamily staffing , connecting experienced Leasing Professionals with apartment communities and property management companies looking for qualified talent. Previous apartment leasing or multifamily property management experience is required for this position. At this time, The Phoenix Staffing is only able to hire and onboard candidates with prior apartment industry experience. What You’ll Do As a Leasing Professional, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day leasing operations of an apartment community. Depending on the property and assignment, responsibilities may include: Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service Conduct property and apartment tours and highlight community features and amenities Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and online lead platforms Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into applications and leases Assist with rental applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in documentation Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in property management systems Communicate professionally with residents regarding community questions and service needs Enter and follow up on resident work orders and coordinate with maintenance teams Assist with resident retention efforts and community events Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming leasing office Support additional leasing and administrative duties as needed by the community What We’re Looking For Previous apartment leasing or multifamily property management experience is REQUIRED High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Strong customer service and sales skills Professional verbal and written communication Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with prospective residents Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced leasing office Working knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and apartment leasing practices Comfortable using and learning property management software Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, or similar property management systems is a plus Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply Weekend availability and scheduling flexibility are highly preferred Reliable transportation to assigned apartment communities Valid driver’s license may be required for certain assignments Please note: The Phoenix Staffing is currently hiring experienced apartment industry professionals only.
