Scrum Master / Project ManagerAn opportunity is available for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile delivery efforts within a large-scale data transformation program. This role involves facilitating sprint ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, and supporting Agile best practices. The position requires driving project planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination while supporting organizational change management, governance, and project reporting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Agile delivery efforts as a Scrum Master.Facilitate sprint ceremonies and remove delivery blockers.Support Agile best practices across project teams.Drive project planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.Support organizational change management, governance, and project reporting.Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders on data platform modernization initiatives.Partner with teams responsible for expanding data assets.Required QualificationsStrong Scrum Master experience.5-8 Yrs of Scrum/Project Manager ExperienceProven experience supporting data, analytics, reporting, data warehouse, or enterprise data transformation projects.Strong project management background.Experience with stakeholder management and executive-level communication.Change management and governance experience.Ability to integrate into a complex enterprise environment.Preferred QualificationsFinance transformation experience.Experience with data platform modernization, Snowflake, enterprise reporting, forecasting, or analytics programs.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
