What You'll Be Doing Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments Assist with accounts receivable activities, cash applications, and collections Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Prepare and maintain financial records and supporting documentation Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Enter and maintain accurate data within the accounting system Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account inquiries Generate financial reports and assist with special projects as needed Support the accounting team with administrative and accounting-related tasks Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Account Reconciliations General Ledger Support Journal Entries Month-End Close Assistance ERP Systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Coleman Harris Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
