Location: Jamaica Hospital Nursing Home, Queens, NY
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem | Day & Evening Shifts
Join our 228-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility and deliver compassionate, hands-on care to a diverse patient population. As an RN, you'll play a vital role in promoting safety, dignity, and individualized care for residents in long-term and rehabilitative settings.

What You'll Do
- Perform patient assessments and monitor conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient care in medical records and nursing databases
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Serve as Nurse in Charge when designated
- Participate in MDS assessments and care plan meeting
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current NYS RN license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred
- Knowledge of SigmaCare a plus
- Availability for alternate weekends
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a supportive nursing team
