Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Press Operator role based in Arlington, TX. The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting printing presses to ensure high-quality output that meets production and client specifications. Daily tasks include reviewing job tickets, preparing materials, performing color and registration checks, and maintaining consistent print quality throughout each run. The role also involves performing routine equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Press Operators work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines, follow safety standards, and maintain an organized, efficient work environment. Qualifications Experience operating commercial printing presses and familiarity with print production workflows. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine press maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor color, registration, and overall print quality. Ability to read and follow job tickets, production schedules, and standard operating procedures. Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meeting production deadlines. Commitment to workplace safety and proper handling of materials and equipment. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with press assistants and production team members. Willingness to work required shifts, including potential overtime, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.
