Sr Supplier Medical Process Specialist

Overview Zurich North America is seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse to join our Managed Care Team as a Sr. Supplier Medical Process Specialist focusing on vendor governance in one of our Managed Care business units across the United States. This fully remote role is ideal for experienced professionals with a passion for vendor management, operational excellence, and collaborative problem-solving. Responsibilities Manage vendor and supplier relationships to drive optimal performance and positive outcomes for Zurich and our clients. Analyze operational data, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities. Lead or participate in regular meetings, trainings, and operational reviews with vendors and internal partners. Maintain professional expertise by staying current with industry trends and contributing to clinical education. Support quality assurance, compliance, and process improvement efforts within claims and managed care operations. Basic Qualifications Associate degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Nursing area AND Licensed registered nurse in state of residence 3 or more years of clinical experience Experience with Microsoft Office Experience leading operational initiatives and/or work streams Preferred Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of residence Bachelor's Degree in nursing and 3 or more years of experience in the nursing area 3+ years of clinical experience Knowledge of Workers Compensation and the insurance industry Catastrophic Case Management experience Behavioral Health nursing and/or Mental health nursing certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience in leading operational initiatives or workstreams Experience in a transactional, operational or customer service environment Quality auditing experience Knowledge of the regulatory environment Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across workgroups and/or organizations Experience collaborating across work groups and/or companies Ability to travel 5-10% Additional Information Your pay at Zurich is based on role, location, skills, and experience. You may be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The proposed salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$107,900.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
