Rise & Flourish ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team!

Compensation: $20.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a Level II background screening (AHCA/FDOH compliant)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience

Applicants should have experience implementing:

• Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Functional Communication Training (FCT)
• Behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Accurate data collection and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and the clinical team
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Follow all BACB RBT Ethics Code requirements and company policies
