Receptionist
Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support front office operations within a growing home health organization.
Position Overview: The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff while supporting administrative and scheduling functions within the office.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Greet patients and visitors professionally
- Support scheduling and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with office communication and workflow support
Qualifications: Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, strong communication and customer service skills, comfortable in a healthcare environment, basic computer and office software proficiency, medical office or home health experience preferred.
