Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information about clients' mental health history, strengths, challenges, and resource needs.

• Deliver effective individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are client-centered and in alignment with the goals and interventions tailored to varying mental health conditions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure that care is coordinated and holistic, enhancing client outcomes through a multi-disciplinary approach.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, which may involve conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, supporting accountability and continuity of care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions that foster wellness and community support among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
