Construction Estimator

Hockberger Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing custom home building and remodeling team. This position is responsible for preparing accurate construction estimates, developing project budgets, managing bid packages, and supporting projects from initial design through contract execution and construction.The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction estimating, blueprint review, cost analysis, and subcontractor coordination. This individual will work closely with homeowners, designers, project managers, vendors, and trade partners to develop accurate pricing and help ensure successful project outcomes.ScheduleMonday – Friday8-hour shiftBenefitsHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental insuranceSupplemental InsuranceRetirement plan (IRA with company match)Paid Time OffPaid Holidays (6 total)Paid Sick DaysDirect Deposit PayrollCompetitive pay based on experience.
