We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by working with vendors, processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.What you'll do:Process and manage supplier invoicesMatch invoices to purchase ordersInvestigate and resolve payment discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors and internal teamsReconcile accounts and generate reportsHelp improve processes and efficiencyWhat we're looking for:Strong attention to detailProficiency with spreadsheets and data entryUnderstanding of invoicing and payment processesTeam-oriented mindsetProfessionalism, integrity, and confidentialityShift, Pay & Benefits:1st ShiftStarting Wage: $22-$24 per hourBenefits Available: Vacation, health insurance, 401(k), and additional company benefits
