Our client, an industry leader in industrial operations, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team. As an integral part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to safety and efficiency.

What's the Job?

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other power-driven rotating equipment.
• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance standards and work procedures, providing feedback on service discrepancies.
• Operate hand and power tools, perform precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
• Utilize heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, basket trucks, and skid loaders safely and effectively.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or approved GED; AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance or 4+ years of education in industrial maintenance technologies/engineering.
• Proficiency in using hand/power tools, welding, blueprint reading, and preventive/predictive maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required.
