We are seeking a 8+ years experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The ideal candidate will support high-volume personal injury litigation matters with strong trial preparation, organization, and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of plaintiffs' personal injury cases from litigation through trial preparation.
Assist attorneys with case development, discovery, document preparation, and trial support.
Prepare litigation materials, maintain case files, and ensure accuracy of case documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and internal teams throughout the case lifecycle.
Utilize legal software and technology tools to manage case information and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a plaintiffs' personal injury litigation paralegal.
8 years of paralegal experience and 5 years of trial preparation experience are mandatory
Substantial experience handling litigation support and trial preparation activities.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and legal case management software; SmartAdvocate experience preferred.
