- Work as a litigation paralegal in a prominent plaintiffs' personal injury law firm.
- Represent victims of negligence and assist in litigation and trial preparation.
- Work independently, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively as a motivated team player.
- Handle a high volume of cases with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Utilize superior computer and software skills, including Word and Outlook, with SmartAdvocate as a plus.
- Work well under pressure and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and staff at all levels within the office.
- 7+ years experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury paralegal role, including substantial litigation and trial prep experience
- Substantial experience in litigation and trial preparation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and great work habits.
- Ability to maintain a high case volume.
- Proficiency in computer and software skills, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Experience with SmartAdvocate is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and cooperatively with clients and staff.
