Job Description:

We are looking for bright individuals who are open to learning and want to build a long term career with our company.

Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

• Customer Service
• Order fulfillment
• Import processing administration
• Communicating with overseas vendors
• Inventory transportation coordination (i.e. contacting and negotiating with carriers)
• Understanding and responding to customer inquiries and requests

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be hardworking, accountable and organized
• Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general computer skills.
• Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, typing and speaking)
• Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work well in a friendly team oriented environment

Minimum Education Level:

• Bachelors or Associates Degree
