About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President of Licensure to lead the enterprise strategy for multi-state licensure, certification, and regulatory compliance. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the complex healthcare footprint, with a focus on Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, PECOS, renewals, and regulatory filings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational excellence of a team of licensure professionals, maintaining strong relationships with regulatory agencies, and providing executive guidance. The role also involves supporting expansion initiatives, including the addition of new locations and service area growth. Applicants for the AVP of Licensure position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in healthcare licensure, regulatory affairs, or compliance leadership, with a deep expertise in multi-state healthcare licensure and PECOS/Medicare enrollment. The role requires proven people leadership and team development experience, as well as strong executive communication skills and strategic judgment. While not mandatory, experience in hospice, home health, post-acute, or broader healthcare services is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to make a significant impact on the organization's compliance function and will be part of a high-growth national healthcare platform with executive visibility and a critical leadership role.
