As an Associate Program Manager will work with the Project Manager and contract leadership team to coordinate project activities, including managing education and outreach opportunities, managing person and family engagement efforts, and coordinating operational activities. You must live in Colorado, Idaho, or Iowa. Approximate salary for Colorado: $81,721.80 – $86,261.90 Essential Functions You will work closely with team leaders and Quality Improvement Advisors to support and document technical assistance activities, ensuring organization and accurate reporting You will data entry into designated reporting system, education support (Zoom, Teams, etc.), meeting support, notetaking, research, and other administrative support, including coordinating the Program Support team, as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Management, or a related field Experience in planning and managing learning events, collaboratives, and meetings. Experience in preparing and presenting project updates, supporting reports, and creating documentation. At least 5 years of experience in healthcare project management or coordination roles. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer applications. Ability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and documentation Preferred Skills/Experience: Master’s degree. Experience supporting large-scale projects or contracts.
