Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans designed to improve patients' mobility and overall physical functionality.
• Guide patients through various therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities tailored to alleviate pain and enhance physical wellness.
• Educate patients on the importance of body mechanics and movement patterns, as well as develop home exercise programs to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Administer therapy modalities, such as heat/cold therapy, under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Monitor patients' progress meticulously, documenting improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional milestones.
• Prepare therapy spaces by organizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are on hand before sessions commence.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational and Speech Therapists, to construct comprehensive care plans that holistically address patient needs.
• Provide compassionate support to patients, fostering a motivating environment that encourages their commitment to rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
