I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2011 and spent three years as a team member before opening my own agency, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and team development. Today, we’re a team of six focused on growth, support, and delivering a great experience for our customers. I earned my marketing degree from McNeese State and have been married for 13 years. My wife and I have three boys who keep life busy and fun. I stay actively involved in my church and participate in many neighborhood and community events. For our team, we offer health insurance, PTO, life insurance, a retirement plan, bonuses, and travel opportunities. Our office culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. We like to have fun, avoid micromanaging, and truly root for each other’s success. We’re looking for someone who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and is coachable - someone who is positive, motivated, and ready to grow as part of a team that supports one another. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jared Dolan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
