Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:
- Train inmates in culinary arts, including food preparation, sanitation, hygiene, safety, and proper use and cleaning of industrial kitchen equipment.
- Ensure food serving methods meet the State of Alaska's Department of Environmental Conservation standards.
- Adjust work schedules based on inmate availability.
- Document prepared diets and food items served.
- Ensure hot/cold food carts are accurately loaded and temperature-checked before leaving the kitchen.
